This policy describes how RackSentinel (“we,” “us”) handles information collected through racksentinel.com and through the RackSentinel warehouse safety monitoring service.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, company, email address, and message contents you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or rent contact-form submissions.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic patterns and page performance. These tools collect anonymized request data and do not use cookies for cross-site tracking.
Customer data
Sensor readings, alerts, and account configuration captured by the RackSentinel service are segregated per customer account in our cloud backend. Sensor-to-gateway traffic uses encoded radio; gateway-to-cloud traffic is TLS-encrypted to AWS IoT Core.
