RackSentinel exists to stop pallet rack collapses before they happen. Most rack failures start small: a beam that bends a little further under each overweight pallet, or an upright clipped by a forklift that nobody reported. A manual inspection only catches that damage on the day someone walks the aisle.

We built RackSentinel to watch your racks all the time instead. Small wireless sensors mount on beams and uprights and measure deflection and out-of-plumb movement. A gateway sends the readings to the cloud, and when a reading passes its safe limit, your team gets an alert that names the bay, the moment it happens.

The system is made for real warehouses. Each sensor installs in 1–3 minutes, runs 12–18 months on its battery with no calibration, and talks to the gateway over its own radio link, so it does not depend on your Wi-Fi. One warehouse can grow to more than 88,000 sensors.
